Racial Equity in Education, Training and Employment Charter

Committee Purpose/Scope
- The Committee will make recommendations to the GWDB who then advises the Governor on strategic elements to achieve determined goals.
Mission/Vision

Our mission is to provide recommendations that advance solutions to address racial disparities in education, training, and employment in Minnesota.

Our vision is an equitable and Minnesota where barriers to meaningful employment are eliminated and where employers support training and family sustaining wages.
