As the Deputy Director for Operations and the Communication Center, Brianna Holeman is responsible for our Administrative Services, Development Program, Audio Services, Braille, Engineering, and the Radio Talking Book. She has been a part of SSB since 2014. With a degree in Business Administration, Bri has an extensive background in operations management. Before coming to SSB she held positions at the Federal Reserve, US Bank and HealthEast.
"I love managing controlled chaos," Bri says, "and, what I mean by that is that I love managing systems with lots of moving parts and lots going on at any one time. I find my work at SSB to be incredibly rewarding."
