The College Major to Career Connector tool allows student, counselors and educational planners to search for majors starting from a career of interest and, vice-versa, to explore the full range of careers a specific major can prepare for.
These two functionalities correspond to two tabs:
1. The From Careers to Majors tab allows to search for an occupation and find all possible majors designed to prepare for it.
2. The From Majors to Careers tab allows to search for a major and see all occupations potentially tied to it, as well as earnings and demand conditions for each occupation.
Interactive filters allow users to slice the data by 563 majors and connect them to 505 occupations. Hovering over the data bars allows to view the educational outcomes of student who graduated from each major.
