Rachel Vilsack

Rachel Vilsack was the agency and performance manager with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). She has a bachelor's degree in economics from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, and a master's degree in economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is now the Strategic & Policy Engagement Manager at Credential Engine.
