Minnesota’s Medical Technology Sector Showcased During Medical Buyers Mission in June

Buyers and decision makers from Central and Eastern European companies will be introduced to products invented and manufactured by Minnesota companies during the Medical Buyers Mission, June 18-22, in Minneapolis.

The mission, hosted by the Minnesota Trade Office, will include a medical technology forum; business-to-business meetings with health care providers, distributors and manufacturers; and a networking reception attended by European representatives and leading Minnesota health care companies.

Opportunities to negotiate sales agreements and coordinate one-on-one company visits will also be available.

Strong Export Opportunities

Central and Eastern Europe offer strong export opportunities for U .S. companies in advanced medical and surgical equipment, disposal products, radiology, optical devices, dental equipment, software for hospital management and internal networks, and technology for non-communicable diseases.

Countries that have been invited to participate in the Medical Buyers Mission include Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine and others.

Mission Details

The fee for Minnesota business delegates for the full agenda is $250; a reduced rate for a second representative from the same company is $125. Reception-only price is $75.
